I had a fantastic experience in a very courteous, and comfortable environment at Super Eagle Auto Care. The staff was friendly and explained all of the maintenance and costs before performing. They have a very modern updated repair facility with all the latest equipment and diagnostics along with computer enhancements. I felt my vehicle was getting at least as good if not better than the dealership would have provided, with the edition of honest treatment. I was told exactly what I was needed, and did not feel like I was being sold extra items that weren’t necessary. The staff at this facility are very honest and forthright. I would recommend this repair shop to any of my friends or family.

I had a great experience! I had 4 new tires, alignment and oil change done. Hector was the best, he quoted me a good price and had my install done a few days later. I also love that I didn’t have to wait, they ordered me a Uber home and picked me up once my Van was completed. I am definitely an ongoing customer. I would give 10 stars if I could ❤️

Super Eagle did a great job fixing my car. They were able to fix my car sooner then what I expected. Their customer service was great and they were able to get me an uber to and from location when I dropped off and picked up my car. Everyone was nice and very professional.

Super Eagle is the only shop I trust with my car. They always have time to talk about the issues with my high mileage CRV and offer excellent advice. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Their work is prompt and there's always follow up. I recommend them to everyone.

Super Eagle on Orr Road in Charlotte was great and quoted reasonable prices! I visited them for a safety inspection for my Honda and they did a great job. The service was swift—I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Online booking was easy and the waiting area was quite convenient and spacious. The parking area outside is large enough to accommodate busy times. The staff was polite and went out of their way to ensure that the clients’ needs were met. Overall it’s a 10/10 auto repair shop that I highly recommend.
